Irina Smirnova – a pianist, a musicologist, PhD, a composer, the author of the innovative methods of teaching the art of improvisation "Go with the Flow", a lecturer at the Department of Music of Finno-Ugric peoples of the Petrozavodsk State Conservatory of A.K. Glazunov.

 

Irina Smirnova teaches music and performs with her concerts in Karelia, Finland, Norway, France and India. The spheres of interest of Irina Smirnova are experiments in music and poetic spaces, and work in the technique of revelation with the students of primary and high schools.
